Description
Bularangi Villa is a 5-star luxury coastal villa with stunning views of the ocean and reefs to Nananu-i-Ra Island. It is a short 5 minute boat ride to Nananu-i-Ra Island, which has magnificent white sand beaches and watersports activities. Boat transfers can be arranged from the adjacent Wananavu Beach Resort.
Location
The villa is located at Sunset Point on the northernmost tip of Fiji’s main island, known for its higher than average sunshine hours and wonderful views. It is only 2hrs or so by road from Nadi Airport along a scenic coastal route.
Accommodation
Newly constructed in 2008, Bularangi Villa is a luxury villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one being ensuite), spacious living and dining area and open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, full laundry facilities and more. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 people.
Facilities
Enjoy Sky TV, DVD player, CD and DVD library, generator back up in case of power cuts, ceiling fans throughout, airconditioning units in bedrooms. Outside there is a relaxing pool and decking, gas BBQ, plus an oceanfront bure on the second garden level.
Activities
Enjoy the privacy and independence of your own luxury villa in Fiji. The villa has its own pool and outdoor deck areas with BBQ. Stunning sunsets and ocean views. Next door is the Wananavu Beach Resort, which welcomes villa guests to use its facilities, including bar and restaurant if you do not wish to self-cater at your villa. One of the best beaches in the area (apart from those on Nananu-i-Ra Island) is at Volivoli Resort, which also has a dive operation, restaurant and bar. We can organise a hire car for your stay if you wish. Please request details at time of booking. Watersports operators are based on Nananu-i-Ra offering kayaking, surfing, windsurfing and fishing adventures. The region is renowned for its snorkelling and diving reefs.

Deposits
A 30% deposit of the total value of your stay is required at the time of making your reservation to secure the booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for your stay at Bularangi Villa Sunset Point.
Cancellations and Refunds
In case of need to cancel a confirmed booking the following applies: Greater than 91 days notice – full refund; 30 – 90 days notice – 30% penalty; Less than 30 notice – no refund.

"Your villa is absolutely wonderful & we enjoyed it very much.The only problem we had was that we had to drive back to Nadi the day after we arrived to change our car to a 4WD as the road to the villa was way to rough for a normal car. Kamlesh is an absolute gem, nothing was too much trouble & he was always smiling. He came shopping with us & took us to the markets for fresh veges & wouldn’’t let the vendors sell us anything that wasn’’t good, you will want to hold on to him as he is an asset to your villa. Three of us are already talking of going back next year around September if villa is available but we will have to decide on dates, so you will be probably hearing from us after Christmas sometime."
